It was a pleasure to work with Janice. She and partner Brian Ranck actually had two projects going on with us at the same time (the other was an online photo slideshow) and it was impressive to see how they managed both and produced results far quicker than I expected. Given how little time they had for the internship I was expecting the projects to remain unfinished.At all times, both Janice and Brian were communicative, asking questions about what we wanted when they were unsure, and they were great listeners.

Our second day was a shorter day with 3 homes to see. The last home was just what we were looking for as Missionaries coming back to USA from Mexico. This home was fully furnished with so many extras. No major repairs were needed that we could do ourselves. We paid full price and by July 4, 2019 it was ours. As of today, we thank you both for a job well done in finding a beautiful home for us. Our neighbors are great. Peace and quiet area. Awesome.
